Card Parcel

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Card Parcel's website, subscriptions, products, and services. By using the website, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Card Parcel

Card Parcel ("Card Parcel," "we," "us," or "our") is a collectible trading card subscription service. Subscribers choose a subscription tier and receive a recurring shipment (a "Parcel") containing a featured trading card selected with consideration given to the subscriber's Collector Profile preferences.

Card Parcel is independently owned and operated. Card Parcel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, or any other third-party trademark owner, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

To purchase or maintain a Card Parcel subscription, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, and legally authorized to enter into this agreement and make the purchase. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription Service

A Card Parcel subscription is a recurring, monthly service billed at the price of your chosen tier. Each monthly Parcel contains one (1) individual featured trading card that meets or exceeds your tier's guaranteed minimum value (see Section 7, "Guaranteed Minimum Featured-Card Value").

In addition to the featured card, a Parcel may occasionally include additional cards, stickers, promotional materials, sealed products, samples, partner offers, or other items ("Bonus Items"). Bonus Items are provided at Card Parcel's discretion, are not guaranteed with any Parcel, and do not count toward, and cannot be combined to satisfy, the guaranteed minimum described in Section 7.

4. Automatic Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled in accordance with Section 5 ("Cancellation"). By subscribing, you authorize Card Parcel and its payment processor to automatically charge your payment method the applicable subscription price, plus any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges disclosed to you at checkout or in your account, on each recurring billing cycle until your subscription is canceled.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or another cancellation method Card Parcel makes available. Canceling stops future renewals but does not, except as required by law or stated elsewhere in these Terms, refund any payment that has already been processed.

If your current billing period's Parcel has already entered fulfillment at the time you cancel, your cancellation will take effect starting with the next billing period, and the Parcel already in progress will still be completed and shipped.

6. Pausing, Upgrading & Downgrading

Depending on availability, Card Parcel may allow you to pause, upgrade, or downgrade your subscription through your account. Whether a change takes effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle depends on the status of your subscription and whether your current Parcel has already entered fulfillment. Card Parcel will indicate the effective date of any such change at the time you make it.

7. Guaranteed Minimum Featured-Card Value

Every Card Parcel subscription includes one (1) individual featured trading card guaranteed to meet or exceed the minimum value associated with your subscription tier, determined in accordance with Section 8 ("Determining Card Market Value"). The current guaranteed minimums are:

Starter
$5+
Shiny
$10+
Rare
$25+
Legendary
$60+
Mythical
$150+

This guarantee applies to a single featured card only. Multiple lower-value cards, Bonus Items, promotional items, stickers, packs, samples, or other extras cannot be combined or aggregated to satisfy the guaranteed minimum.

A featured card may be worth more than your tier's guaranteed minimum. Card Parcel does not guarantee, and is not responsible for, any value above the stated minimum.

8. Determining Card Market Value

Trading card values fluctuate over time and can vary between sources. Card Parcel determines the value of each featured card using a reasonable, good-faith market-pricing methodology applied at or near the time of fulfillment.

Sources Card Parcel may consider include, without limitation, established card marketplaces, recent comparable sales, recognized third-party pricing databases, marketplace listings, broader market trends, and Card Parcel's own internal transaction data.

The value assigned to a card represents a reasonable estimate at the time it is determined. It is not an appraisal, and it does not guarantee what the card could be resold for in the future.

9. Card Condition

Trading cards, including newly manufactured cards, may have minor manufacturing imperfections or natural condition variation (for example, small print lines, edge wear, or centering irregularities). These characteristics are normal for the category of product and are taken into account, along with other factors, when Card Parcel determines a card's market value under Section 8.

Where a featured card included in your Parcel has been professionally graded, Card Parcel will identify it by the grading company and grade shown on its holder.

10. Collector Profile & Personalization

You may provide preferences through your Collector Profile, such as favorite Pokémon, preferred eras, languages, card styles, and whether you prefer raw or graded cards, along with other collecting interests. These preferences guide Card Parcel's selection of your featured card; they do not guarantee that any particular Pokémon, card, set, era, language, rarity, style, condition, or other characteristic will be included in any Parcel.

Personalization is also limited by available inventory and other fulfillment considerations at the time your Parcel is prepared.

11. Duplicate Cards

Card Parcel may track previously sent featured cards on your account and use that information in an effort to reduce the chance of sending you a duplicate card. Unless a specific subscription tier or promotion expressly states otherwise, never receiving a duplicate card is not guaranteed.

12. Bonus Items

Bonus Items may include additional cards, stickers, promotional materials, sealed products, samples, partner offers, collectibles, or other items included in a Parcel at Card Parcel's discretion. Bonus Items are not guaranteed with any Parcel and do not count toward, and cannot be used to satisfy, the featured-card guaranteed minimum described in Section 7.

13. Shipping

You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate shipping address on your account. Card Parcel is not responsible for shipments delayed, lost, or misdelivered because of an inaccurate or outdated address you provided.

Shipping methods, packaging, and carrier selection may vary by subscription tier, shipping destination, the value of the item(s) being shipped, packaging requirements, and other factors. Free shipping is provided only where it is specifically offered as part of your subscription tier; where it is not, applicable shipping charges will be disclosed to you.

14. Tracking

Where available, Card Parcel may provide tracking information for your Parcel. Availability of tracking, and the accuracy and timeliness of tracking updates, may depend on the shipping method used and on third-party carriers and tracking providers outside Card Parcel's control.

15. Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your Parcel does not arrive, contact Card Parcel within 15 days of its expected delivery date. Before determining whether a replacement or credit will be issued, Card Parcel may review available information, including tracking data, delivery confirmation, the shipping address on file, carrier findings, and other relevant circumstances.

Card Parcel is not responsible for Parcels shipped to an incorrect or outdated address that you provided.

16. Damaged Shipments

If your Parcel or featured card arrives materially damaged, contact Card Parcel within 7 days of delivery. Card Parcel may require photographs of the card, its packaging, and the shipping materials as received in order to evaluate your report.

17. Returns & Refunds

Card Parcel is a personalized collectible subscription service. Because each Parcel is prepared specifically to meet your tier's guaranteed minimum and to reflect your Collector Profile where reasonably possible, a completed and shipped Parcel generally cannot be returned solely because you do not personally like the featured card that was selected. As explained in Section 10, Collector Profile preferences guide card selection; they do not guarantee a particular card.

Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued where required by applicable law, or where Card Parcel determines that a Parcel failed to satisfy the guarantee described in Section 7, was fulfilled incorrectly, or arrived materially damaged.

18. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing or fulfillment concern, please contact Card Parcel so we can try to resolve it before you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer, where reasonably possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of your account. Nothing in this section is intended to limit any right you have under applicable law or through your payment provider.

19. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time they are offered. Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value, may not be combined with other offers, may be limited to one per customer or household, may expire, and may be modified or discontinued at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Subscription Prices & Changes

Card Parcel may change subscription pricing, benefits, guarantees, or plan features from time to time. Where required by applicable law, Card Parcel will provide existing subscribers with notice of material changes before they take effect.

21. Product Availability

Except as expressly stated in these Terms (including the guaranteed minimum value described in Section 7), Card Parcel does not guarantee the availability of any particular Pokémon, card, set, era, rarity, language, grading company, or other collectible characteristic in any Parcel.

22. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account, payment, shipping, and Collector Profile information, and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

23. Prohibited Use

You may not use Card Parcel's website or services to commit fraud, manipulate referral or promotional programs, abuse promotional offers, gain unauthorized access to any system or account, interfere with the operation of the website or services, or engage in any other unlawful activity.

24. Intellectual Property

The Card Parcel name, logos, graphics, website design, original written content, photography, packaging design, software, and other proprietary materials are owned by Card Parcel or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use them without Card Parcel's prior written permission, except as necessary to use the website and services as intended.

25. Third-Party Trademarks

Pokémon and all related names, characters, card designs, images, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Card Parcel's sale and distribution of authentic trading cards does not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement by those owners.

26. Third-Party Services

Card Parcel relies on third-party providers to operate its services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, tracking providers, hosting providers, analytics platforms, and communications services. Card Parcel is not responsible for outages, errors, or other issues caused by these third parties that are outside its reasonable control.

27. Collectibles Are Not Investments

Trading card values can rise or fall over time and are subject to market conditions outside Card Parcel's control. Card Parcel does not provide financial or investment advice, and nothing in these Terms or on Card Parcel's website should be interpreted as such. Card Parcel does not guarantee that any card will appreciate in value, retain its value, or be readily resold.

28. Service Availability

Card Parcel may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace features of its website or services when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or business reasons. Card Parcel does not guarantee that the website or services will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Card Parcel and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or services or these Terms, even if Card Parcel has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

30. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except for the express guarantees stated in these Terms and any warranties that cannot legally be excluded, Card Parcel's website and services are provided on an "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Card Parcel does not guarantee or warrant the future market value, appreciation, or resale price of any collectible provided through its services.

31. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Card Parcel harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your unlawful use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

32. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise. Any legal proceeding arising out of these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Pearl River County, Mississippi, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

33. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises out of or relates to these Terms or your use of Card Parcel's services, you agree to first contact Card Parcel and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally before filing a legal claim.

34. Changes to These Terms

Card Parcel may update these Terms from time to time. Where required by applicable law, Card Parcel will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the website or services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

35. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any policies referenced in or incorporated by these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Card Parcel regarding your use of the Card Parcel subscription service, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

37. Buyback Program

Card Parcel separately offers to purchase cards and collections from customers ("Buyback"), described in more detail on the Sell Your Cards page. By submitting a Buyback request, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Buyback rates are up to the percentage associated with your membership tier — not a guaranteed rate on every card.
  • Submitting cards does not guarantee a purchase. Card Parcel may decline any card or collection.
  • Preliminary offers are not final until your cards are physically inspected.
  • Cards must be authentic, and condition, card identity, variant, quantity, and rarity must be accurately represented.
  • Final value may change after inspection, and Card Parcel may issue a revised offer if what's received differs from what was submitted.
  • If you decline a revised offer resulting from inaccurate description, condition, authenticity, quantity, or other discrepancies, you are responsible for return shipping.
  • If a purchase is denied after inspection and you'd like your cards returned, you may be required to pay return shipping before they're sent back.
  • Payment is only issued after inspection and final approval.
